Soprano 
Emily Vondrejsová

Canadian soprano, Emily Vondrejsová earned her Opera Diploma and BMus of Vocal Performance at Wilfrid Laurier University. During her studies Emily was the recipient of the WLU Alumni Choir Voice Performance Scholarship (2020) and the Maureen Forrester Award (2019). Some of her roles with Opera Laurier include; Blanche from Dialogues des Carmélites, Cendrillon from Cendrillon, and Mrs. Jenks from The Tender Land. Emily was chosen as a laureate for Jeunes Ambassadeurs Lyriques with Théatre Lyrichorégra 20 for the 2021-2022 season. This past year, Emily studied at the Musical Horizons Conservatory in Athens, where she worked with Baritone Donald Marazzo and Greek National Opera’s Nicolas Vassiliou. She recently had the pleasure of participating in the Lefkas Music Festival where she sang on the Greek island of Lefkada on the Ionian Sea. Aside from her musical aspirations, Emily enjoys exploring and hiking nearby trails with her dog in their hometown of Erin, Ontario.
